It's not really known how Serenity made her way to Havenner Town. All anyone really, truly knows is that the mythical Pokemon who was known to travel through time found her way to the little peaceful town on the border of a group that worshipped their leader, and for some reason decided that she was going to make her home there.

Though bloom is considered mythical, there really isn't much to the myth once you meet bloom. Serenity is a clumsy Pokemon that laughs at blooms own mess ups, and takes everything in stride with a smile despite it all. Bloom works at the clinic in the little town, offering healing services and check-ups to those who don't mind the messes on occasion. Bloom is truly good at blooms job, bloom is just... Like that.

Serenity split her time between the town and the Tides settlement because she wanted to hang out in both places, finding both sides of the mini-region to be very interesting. The Celebi got to know the Tides' god, Cadmus, very well due to her notoriety as a Mythical Pokemon. She became friends with him quickly, and at some point, Cadmus decided to bring her with him to another town on the opposite side of the woods, known as Cherry Grove, where a friend of his lived. When they arrived, she came face to face with the CUTEST Regional Vaporeon-Flareon fusion she had EVER seen, and instantly wanted to be friends with her. It took a little bit, but the two of them got closer until they just... decided they would be partners. It was a casual, yet committed thing, and Serenity takes her breaks from working at the clinic to see Emane when she can.
