Tim Hart

roughly 4-5 inches tall

He was fighting a villain that was experimenting with shrink technology. During the fight, the villain's machine exploded, all the News & spectators saw was a bright flash then suddenly both hero and villain were gone (Presumed dead).

Tim was not dead, he was just shrunk down to a mere fraction of his normal size, and in addition to exploding, the villain's invention was also still a bit faulty (though this kinda worked out in Tim's favor). Tim is tiny, but his strength and abilities weren't scaled down with him. If he could lift a car before being shrunk, he can still lift a car after being shrunk. (think of the old cartoon character Atom Ant).....well, most of the time that is.

-His strength tends to fluctuate randomly at times. One moment he's fine, the next he's suddenly trapped under a bowl and can barely move it.

-He has all the abilities of a "normal" Spiderman, but he can produce his own webs (no need for a web shooter)

-Tim is equipped with a button and a sewing needle that he keeps stored on his back (held on with a lil bit of webbing).

-Nobody knows he's still alive (nobody knew his identity, and he was distant from what relatives he had)

-He still anonymously fights crime, it's just that now most people don't realize he exists. He likes to secretly help new/current heroes. Some villains find themselves suddenly tripping, get knocked out, then waking tied up in front of a police station with no idea how they got there.

-loves to laugh, doesn't let bad situations get him down.

-Likes telling bad jokes (but has no one to tell em to)

-he loves witty banter but will only make jokes at his own expense. Tim refuses to say anything rude or hurtful to some else even as a joke, apologizes profusely if he does ever joke about someone else (even if the other person is a villain or if it was the tiniest most harmless thing to say)
