Profile

Nuclear postapocalypse soviet mechanic guy based on a dream i had once.

Really standard guy haircut but I based it loosely on the tenth doctor.

The plastic casing on his forehead starts at the brow bone. He doesn't have any eyebrows He's expressive enough through his eyes without them though.

He tends to have electrocution scars near exposed wiring as he often forgets to check for faults until he can feel it.

His aging process was halted by an experiment which hoped to find ways  of neutralizing roentgen radiation's effect on living tissue. Although  functionally immortal, he is not impervious, and a large percentage of  his original body has had to be replaced by mechanical parts. He has  designed all his own prosthetics and maintains them by himself.

He has no vocal chords and primarily speaks using a radio with a  cassette player installed. There have been no operating radio stations  for centuries, so he's started to use cassette taped audiobooks instead.  This leads to slow and painful communication as the player can only  rewind / fast forward as quick as any other. He is also able to use  morse code, but this is equally time consuming. As a result, he only  communicates using noise when absolutely necessary.

Despite the experiment's attempt, he is not "immune" to radiation. It  doesn't break down his flesh and he cannot get cancer, but with high  enough levels his mechanical parts will fail, thus immobilizing him.

He is the oldest living thing on board the airship and it's leading  (only) remaining mechanic. He knows the ship down to its finest details.  His growing difficulties with communication are cause of concern as he  is unable to train anyone else to replace him if/when he  dies/permanently breaks down.

The only people he regularly interacts with are the ships' other flight crew, including its new pilot, Nikita.  He is never disrespectful towards his higher-ups, but he always  prioritizes the integrity of the ship over orders that may jeopardize it  (and in fact he prioritizes the integrity of the ship over his own  bodily safety - reasoning for some of his missing parts.)
