Niche

(New character/Minecraft sona based off of my Minecraft skin!)

(Backstory)

Niche was banished from her colony (more info later) and became lost in maze-like caves alone for decades that led her far, far away from her never-again home.  One day she discovered something she'd never seen before - white, natural light. She investigated, and crept up the cave to see a shining, fully white orb in the sky, surrounded by darkness and twinkling lights. Though the new world was daunting, she decided to learn all she could about it, and found herself creating friends and allies and a home, easing her fear of loneliness.  Though, as she worked harder and became more and more advanced, she found a new sensation she craved.. power.

(Species)

Grotto Imps are a slightly shorter rare subhuman species with gray skin, horns that vary in size and shape and imp-like tails, as well as dull-colored features and attire. Grotto imps can live for centuries and live deep underground in areas of deepslate and lush caves. Once a colony finds a suitable location to settle they construct a grotto, and form a civilization.  They are notoriously hard workers and tricksters, scaring lost explorers in caves as a means to keep their grotto hidden from the ones above.  It is very hard to find a Grotto Imp or a colony, as they live in secrecy and rarely venture outside of their grotto.
