Felicity Funshine

Felicity was found as a hatchling, having wriggled her way into the backroom of a party supply store near Cafe Central. Sadly, her trickster transformation was already complete, but ever since the shopowners adopted her she's been utterly spoiled and doted on by her adoring mothers, Bobbie and Gemma. Felicity has grown into a chaotic and  excitable child with no concept of the negative experience that led to her transformation.
