Resistance is here, and his name is Morrison "KING MOSHPIT" Phoenix. You likely know him if you've been around the city, considering he never seems to stick around one place for more than a few days and makes his presence known wherever he is. This Cacellian metal-punk legend has played in every band, vandalized every wall, and antagonized every officer. By no means, however, is he a bad guy. Morrison isn't silent about his burning hatred for President Lovato and the rest of the Cacellian Executive Tower. His reasoning is a little more personal compared to most of his allies, though... Vice President Michael Phoenix was at one point Morrison's loving brother. Morrison had assumed his wildly successful older sibling would help support his massive family, but he was sorely mistaken. Morrison's eyes were opened to the state of Cacellia's incoming future in the hands of new authority, and channeled his loneliness and rage into a fight for justice. His boots are covered with the blood of authoritarians, and he doesn't ever plan on obeying anyone who tries to make him something he's not.
