Time Overseer
Time is a peaceful overseer of era two (era after the overseer war) he is usually found in "The Library of Time" when in The Realm of Reason. Although he is an overseer(god) and a prince he finds it hard to get any respect in the realm. Amongst the mortals he is liked much more,he's the son of the overseers Life and Death... of course that gives him mortals automatic respect! That alone makes him a popular and reliable to mortals but he is also the reincarnation of History, the second oldest overseer and creator of many things.
The overseers veiw him much differently, they know him differently. He's the older brother of the more respected, Discord and Balance. Everyone lables him as younger though, he's mentally only 17-19 years old vs his brothers being mentally and physically much older. This is due to a reincarnation curse and soul combination, he is all Time, History, and Philip. The curse affects his memory causing him to forget everything not written down. This is so he does't remeber what happened in his past lives as History and Philip. Forgeting so much really stunts his growth mentally, physically, and magically. He is treated very unfairly due to this. Currently he is hanging out with mortals, his favorite mortals Angel and Lukas (and rest of the camp).He does miss his overseer friends though such as: Technology, Space,Art, and Math.
Time gets introdused to the story as Philip, a mortal magic folk with black wings, a friendly personality, and a love for world system history. With that said he's in the history class track, filled with other students with time magic and a love for history!
When we first see him he introsuses himself to Angela as Angel's best friend and mentions meeting her a while ago in the Magical Monsters world. Angela is seen right away as someone who is jealous. He is instantly sees Angela as someone not to mess with. Athough he has odd feelings about her they deside to stay with Angel and meet the rest of the Harminica high students she is friends with. (He also realizes Math is his math teacher on the first day and feels a lot more comfortable)
After a few months of being there Lukas joins the school, he first meets him in a required history class. To Time Lukas seemed really quiet and most likely petty. After realizing that they are both Angel's best friends they start talking, they don't exactly get along at first though they become really close later on.
In later books he'll be incharge of what he does best, orginizing the camp's library and keeping track of time. He educates the camp members on eachothers differences and worlds. He also works as wonderful watchout and a database allowing the camp more time to think and prepare for adventures.
He also holds secrets of some life changing later events which leads him to feel great amouts of guilt and regret for not being able to rewrite anything. The stories events are to special to not happen... he cant erase another timeline!
- Time is often seen as just a replacement and not the real thing.
- Overseers are not people but Time is a great person.
- Time has three forms: an Overseer form, a mortal form, and a prefered form!
- Time has a magical galaxy cat named Starry, she was made by the overseer of space as a gift to keep him company in the huge library!
- Time might not understand romance well but he for sure loves his best friends (Tech, Angel, and Lukas!).

Angel and Time are both very friendly and talkitive people which caused them to become very close very quickly! They enjoy quality time together and warm cuddles! They will often read and talk about their intrests together, their relationship is very healthy and wholesome. They first met in the magical monsters world while Time was doing some research.
They started out rough but grew pretty close after some time together as just friends! At first they only hung out due to being friends with Angel. Eventually they had to share a room with each other in the camp cabins allowing them to become closer. After one event they really grew to love each other and bond more. They enjoy quality time together. They will often spend long nights talking about life and the books they read and write
Tech is Time's number one BEST friend in the whole world system! Time knew Tech sense Tech was created and have been close ever since! They share a friend group and share a cat they call their child. They even have little dates in the mortal world while in their mortal forms... they would almost be happier that way.
