Dorthy was adopted by affluent parents. As a result, she got a head start on life and became a doctor at a very young age. However, she lost her position one day when she forgot to take her anxiety pills one morning. That day, as she went in to work, her hands were not as steady as they usually are. And unfortunately for her, she had a big surgery to perform that day. As expected, her hands were very shaky and the patient was lost. Even more unfortunate for her, that patient happened to be someone of importance. A distant relative/ friend of the Porgini mafia family in fact. After losing her job Dorthy moved to Los Santos believing that she would start her life over. She is now searching for a new passion to get into, although she doen't seem to be succeeding all that well
