Payment
- Payment is upfront, but can do payment after sketch
- I do not accept refunds
- I will watermark the sketch if you do payment after sketch
Permissions
- I allow for my artwork to be used as profile pictures/banners, but please credit my work/link back to my page. (This will not result in a blacklist if you don’t credit, but will put you in a “greylist”)
- My work is for personal use, commercial use can be discussed but will come at a fee. Any unauthorized financial distribution of my work will result in being added to the blacklist.
- I PROHIBIT use of my work being used to train A.I models, or to be minted as NFTs.
artist terms
- I am allowed to deny commissions for any reason, and I have the right not to disclose my reasoning.
- I am allowed to cancel/refund a commission if there is disrespect/behavior that makes me uncomfortable .
- Turnaround time is up in the air, depending on the time of year and the complexity of the piece. I will keep in contact with the client if any complications occur or if there is any delay.
