My characters are not up for sale or free to use as your own, unless otherwise stated.
I will not tolerate people claiming my characters/designs as their own, however I am cool with fan art of said characters, as long as you state that it is my character that you're drawing.
If I have transferred/sold you a character, you may use this character as your own in your own projects but you will have to talk to me if you want to resell them/transfer them again.
