Big Fish

Residents of a remote fishing village on the coast of the Old World have glimpsed a bizarre shape in the water for years. Having no actual idea what it could be, they took to calling it the "Big Fish"—a nickname which stuck around when the creature revealed herself as not a fish, but a monster.

Without any direct Guild oversight and little knowledge of monsters, the town had no reason to know what Big Fish was, let alone the immense rarity—and potential danger—of her kind. Upon realizing she wasn't immediately aggressive, some bold(and foolish) villagers began leaving offerings of food. Despite her past sour experiences with humankind, she slowly began to trust them—at least to give her snacks. While she's not about to let anyone climb on her back, she's happy enough to coexist with the villagers.
