Aratame Denno is a geeky teen with a dream. She can be a little quiet but as soon as she gets comfortable she is rather energetic. She loves technology, drones, videogames, camera equipment, even calculators. If it has any parts that remotely need coding, it's a safe bet she knows enough about it to reverse engineer one. Aratame has built her own computers and often helps others in fixing their computers. Her phone is even modded to suit her needs. However, despite understanding technology to an intense degree, she doesn't always understand people. She gets anxious around strangers and has a hard time finding and keeping friends in real life. For this reason she tends to stay cooped up in her room online.

The user has a motherboard and a CPU embedded in their back. By touching any modern type of technology they can break into it and program it to their will. Their CPU allows for thinking faster than any human could dream of. However, their human body can't translate this into superhuman reaction speed. They are easily able to identify AI and how it works. When they use their CPU too much it overheats and they pass out.

Aratame started admiring heroes when she was young. They seemed so confident and well put together to her. She never really believed she had the ability to become a hero however and shoved that dream to the back of her mind. As she grew up she was always learning about computers and decided to help people by providing cheap computer repairs and cobbling together computers from old parts so people who needed them could have them. After years of doing this throughout middle school and after all the praise ashe had received, Aratame's confidence shot up. She started planning her career path and stumbled over hero business again. She was already sure she could get a stable job if it didn't work out, so why not try the UA entrance exam. When she realized she was going to be fighting robots, she knew she had already won. Now she is going through her years at UA and trying not to overheat from stress along the way.
