Description
A somewhat sleazy Seafool. Has the attitude of a used car salesman, and would be the type to sell sand to tourists at a beach. Used to own a dive bar in the town of Klamoth, but was evicted for not paying rent. The bar now currently is "abandoned" and empty, but he currently is squatting on his former property. Has the tendency to spend money as soon as he gets it, and often will say provoking statements. Has a slight masochistic tendency.
