- 30 day resale cooldown, can be waivered for emergencies. Contact me first. Trades/gifting has none.
- Traded/gifted designs can only be resold if personal art or commissioned art is added. Inbox me to appraise personal art when reselling first.
- Theres a 20$ commercial use fee for my designs. This can be paid at any time.
- When co-owning keep to one profile. If unable to, please create a new profile and when listing the creator link to the oldest made profile of the character to credit. When reselling/trading/gifting only use the oldest profile.
- When voiding a design from a CS I have made a design for you always have permission to do so. If you need further proof for it inbox me or dm me on Discord (if you have it)
- Please read my full TOS for more information on redesigning & putting my designs in CS.
- Please do not use my designs in pedophilic, sexually abusive, necrophilic, zoophilic, hateful, or similar content, even if "vilified" - This is not for debate. This content makes me deeply uncomfortable and I do not want my designs associated with such content.
- Do not resell designs you've made NSFW of to minors. Unless you delete the nsfw art added, do not sell the character to a minor. Please properly tag or private any NSFW content made. See full TOS for more on this.

Please do not resell, trade or gift my designs to the listed users. You may inbox me for the reason/proof if needed. They're allowed to own my designs they've received before official blacklisting (unless they've charged me back, then their design will be revoked). The date will be posted next to their username.
