Meet Amit! She's a cow girl who lives and works on a ranch and chews on lavender, all while being an elf. She has the ears to prove it, and you won't see her without her hat unless she's showering or sleeping (or sometimes when she's eating). She has yellow eyes and tanned skin. She likes to wear gold jewelry on her ears. She does enjoy drinking a little bit. Yeehaw!
She's a woman of few words, but she's seen as more than capable of wrangling down cattle, wrestling with the sheep, and keeping the farm dogs and cats in check.
-Amit in hebrew means "infinite" or "boundless". I named her Amit to refer to her transformation, of finally finding true hope in God humbly accepting His offer to change her life. God's power is boundless and Amit's "yes" had infinite implications :)
