The replacement. When Umber's father left before the birth of their younger siblings, Peru was pushed into the much more mature role of helping take care of his younger siblings. As a result Umber has come to view him as a rather odd mix of both a father and an annoying older brother.

You left us. Umber has mixed feelings about Savanna after she left home when Umber was still a child. Though they can now understand how Savanna felt when she made the decision to leave and cut contact with them, Umber is still hurt by the fact that they grew up without their older sister in their life.

The annoyance. Though Umber sincerely loves Berry as much as the rest of their family, they often find their younger brother to be rather annoying. Granted they believe a lot of his more annoying habits are probably things he picked up from Peru and Umber themself, it still doesn't make him any less of a thorn in their side.

The baby. Unlike their younger brother Berry, Umber doesn't find Indigo to be an annoyance at all, likely because she is very similar to them in personality. The two have a lot of overlapping habits and mannerisms and can oftentimes be found doing the same things. Some people refer to Indigo as a mini me of Umber.

A friend of a friend. Though Umber hasn't spent much time around Miles, they enjoy the energy he puts out and have often invited him to come along with them to test out different restaurants they find. Though they do find his habit of randomly shooting anyone who stops at Mango's dorm to be rather annoying as they have no interest in being pulled into the duo's nerf war.

A tentative friend. Umber doesn't know much about Eli and they're certain the primate prefers it that way. Though he may not be their closest friend, the two of them get on rather well and there are very few conflicts within their shared space, especially as neither of them are particularly fond of having people come over to their room.

An enigma. Umber finds Melanie to be a rather strange individual, for as confident as she is online the hens shyness in person is hard to miss. They often delight in teasing her and appreciate how much she seems to delight in their dry, off-beat sense of humour.
