These Terms of Use are in effect and up to date as of July 4, 2023. These terms of Use only apply upon the Owner's new ownership of a design. Any changes made to the Terms of Use after an Owner has claimed ownership to a design will not apply to said design 

• The Owner has to permission to give the character a name;or rename, change the gender pronouns, or species etc. 

• The owner has the permission to order commissions from other artists in any form of artwork.

• The owner has the permission to use the design as a avatar, mascot, sona, vtuber or fursuit.

• The Owner has the right to make edits to the design/redesigns. While still making the character some-what recognizable from the original. 

• The Owner may use the design for personal/ non-commerical use. Commerical use of my designs is currently unavailable at this time. For commercial use discuss with me beforehand.

• You are allowed to gift the design.

• If the Owner obtained the design as a gift/ for free, the design cannot be traded or gifted again unless additional value from trades, commissions, personal art has been added to the character's gallery. This includes "freebie swaps."

• The Owner may resell the design for the same price as bought. You are not allowed to resell an higher price unless both additional value & extra art is added on to the design.

• Free/Gifted art (art received in which the Owner did not give anything in exchange) does not count as additional value.

• The Owner may not resell the design for a higher price than bought unless additional value (i.e. trades, commissions, personal art) has been added to the character's gallery.

• The Owner may not claim the original design as their own.

• The Owner may not claim the original artwork as their own.

• The Owner is not allowed edits or changes to the original artwork.

• If uploading the original artwork off-site, credit to me as the creator must be provided.

• I only claim ownership of the original design concept. I do not claim ownership to any redesigns or the character associated character of the design.

• Once a design is owned by the Owner, the design/ character no longer belongs to me.

• I cannot "claim back" a design.

• However I'm allowed to offer, trade and or buy the design back, to which the Owner maintains the right to refuse, with or without explanation.
