Spiderbelle

she has bio-silk production between her fingers that becomes a sticky webbing allowing her to swim better. she can quickly weave large canopies of this silk by drawing her hands across surfaces, and traps air underwater for fights. she can also cover her mouth with this webbing in order to filter oxygen from the water. she comes from a futuristic New York that has partially sunk below sea-level and adapted accordingly, with some parts of the city submerged & operating off of compressed air tanks, whereas other areas still function "normally."
