if you create suggestive art or whatevr dont make it public im a minorr and i check my designs lel
you can resell ocs you got for a worth more or less than obtained by .. unless it was free. make it very clear and public the org worth.. as in no funny biss trying to scam..
dont use my designs for hate speech (will giggle as a minority)
if you are going to sell merch of a design I made for profit contact me (I don’t thinm this will ever happen so 💀 but still in case )
feel free to reference designs, though i prefer you to ask if a design is too alike, rather than assuming one way or another, i won’t ask you to scrap or completely change but rather work to make the design distinct :) this is my typical tos regarding my designs * THOUGH * if a new owner has different rules consider those as well! my sonas on the other hand, ask you to do this as default as they mean aloooootttt more to me than anyone else
