Physical Description

Very lean build but every part of her is muscle. She has freckles all over body. Her eyes are a light green and her hair is a light ginger while being very straight and reaching her shoulder blades. It can appear unhealthy, dull and thin. She can keep it in a ponytail or just down. Thin lips with a very thin face. She doesn't wear any sort of makeup.

Speech

No accent. Can speak English, French and Japanese fluently.

Mental & Emotional

Before her life went further downhill, she still struggled with depression and self confidence issues. After the last few years, she suffers from PTSD as well as some other non diagnosed issues.

Raised Methodist but is non-practising.

Daily Life/Health

She focuses all her energy in improving her body to withstand the weight of her job while also focusing on taking down her targets. She doesn't have much else going on as her goals have consumed her. Although her body is a killing machine, her health has suffered. She tends to neglect taking proper care of herself both mentally and physically (ironically, she has an obsession with making her body perfect for killing). Baths, proper meals and things alike are sometimes forgotten for long periods of time when she's on a lead. Sleep is the biggest sacrifice she makes and has permanent dark circles and lines beneath her lovely green eyes.

Powers/Abilities

Has been trained very well in the use of multiple different types of weapons including but not limited to long distance weaponry, general gun use, crossbows, large artillery and knives. She specializes in the use of her sniper rifle and favors it above everything else. She has also been trained in several forms of hand to hand combat, self defense and utalizes parkour.

Background/Story

Born in a small town, she decided to make some money for her mother and father to help pay off debts. Rose moved to Star City for an open job that paid well at a luxury hotel but it wasn't enough to support herself and her parents, forcing her to take up a second job as a waitress. She worked herself to the bone, leaving no time for anything except work and sleep. She had to give away her beloved cat (Tiger) to a new family because she couldn't afford to keep him. The depression amplified at this point and she just went day in and day out, doing the same things over and over again. Her parents grew worried about her but she insisted upon helping with them with their money problems.

One night while working at the hotel, she walked out of a freshly cleaned room and ran straight into the next guest. There was a man barely clinging to life, draped over a larger man's shoulders. Rose was taken by surprise and tried to call 911 but the larger man, whose name was Red Hood, begged her not to for the sake of his secret idenity being as he was a vigilante. She agreed but demanded upon her helping fix up the hero. She kept him alive with Hood's help over the next few hours until he was stable. Rose became enamored with man she saved and slipped him her number when he was okay to leave, not really expecting to hear back. While it's true he didn't call her back, he showed up at her place of work and they began a quiet romance. The man's real name was Roy Harper. He'd go on to add a spring to Rose's steps and some much needed happiness. They grew closer and closer over the next few years and they were both planning on getting married. However, after the loss of his four year odl daughter, Lian, Roy decided to break it off with Rose, fearful of putting her in danger. They never truly forgot the other though she was incredibly hurt and angry.

Unbeknownst to Roy, his leaving her caused her to become careless; putting herself in harmful situations and places. This ultimatley lead to her abduction by Wonderland where she was subsequently forced into working for them. This is where she picked up her unique skillsets and her hardened outlook on life. Rose lost the hope Roy found so endearing and the smiles that went along with her clumsy personality. When a mystery sniper showed up a couple years later in Star City and shot Roy, he would have never guessed it was her. He would have been killed if another hero hadn't intervened and saved his life. After several more attempts on his life over the next year, things became silent and Roy assumed the woman had simply gotten another job or died.

On her end at this time, she was falling into a relationship with fellow Wonderland member, Bo. Relationships were forbidden but the two carried out quiet talks and passionate encounters in secret, having been punished severely on several occassions. The love the two shared helped break down mental walls created by years of abuse and trauma. They decided to run away together, believing that they could take down Wonderland with help from the outside. However, on their escape run, Bo ended up sacrificing his freedom so that Rose could escape. She tore herself away from him and promised to get him out even if it killed her. Over the next year, she ran down Wonderland members and killed them, ruined supply chains, deals and anything she could do to deter their progress. She went to multiple vigilantes with information to help them put up a fight against the organization but nothing was working. Rose eventually ran into the B.S.A.A while researching bio-organic weapons because Wonderland was extremely interested in them. The two parties became familiar with each other as they kept showing up in the same places.

During a mission, she aided Ada Wong, Leon Kennedy and Chris Redfield evacuate an Umbrella facility. A bio-weapon ghad injured the latter man severely and as she was holding him on a wire to the escape helicoptor, her leg was bitten into below the knee. The monster was pulling the coptor down with her so she had no choice but to take her machine gun and shoot a line across her thigh, causing her leg to rip off. She saved everyone's lives that day and as repayment for her actions, the B.S.A.A. performed an emergency surgery where they atatched a metal prosthetic of a newer, government specialized kind. She left before Chris Redfield could get better enough to thank her. She continues to try and bring down her former bosses and work alongside the B.S.A.A.

Trivia

• She occassionally smokes but hates that she's fallen on such a bad habit and has promised to quit or seriously lower the amount she does.

Personality

Extremely abrasive and cold. She treats everyone as an enemy and it's obvious in her actions. She is calculating; a raging fire of endurance and strength but something deep down is broken. Her eyes are dull and she appears listless. Words are hardly spoken, only uttered when necessary. She is terrifying but commands respect.
