In the beginning, before the incident with her kits, Akuji was a sweet and kind-hearted she-cat. She was always good at radiating happiness and having a contagious smile. Although the city she lived in was gloomy, dark and a somber place to live in, she was always glowing beams of light for every cat around her.
However, the death of her kits and betrayal of mate & father practically made her snap. Ever since Thunderclan refused to help her and her kits, she'd been yearning for revenge against the clans. She'd take down not only Thunderclan, but the rest of the clans that resided in the forest. She would take the clans and herself down to hell with her. A once delightful and friendly cat turned bitter and manipulative. Her sweet tone of voice still carries a sense of comfort, though, making it easy to fall under her claws.

In The City
Akuji was born in the city that was by the forest where the clans settled in. She was unaware of their presence, and she had only known life in the city, with loud monsters driving on the thunderpath, starving cats constantly fighting for food, and the soft-lifed kittypets that looked down at you from their windows. Her father, Slash, was quite protective of her and never let her leave their make-shift den. Slash was strong, and no cat ever dared to even give him an angry glare, or their fur would be lined on his nest. Slash hid many things from Akuji, like the secrets of the city and what lied on the outside. Akuji was simply going to ask her father a question when she heard Slash and Akujis guardian talking about something she'd never heard before; the forest. Slash spoke about how they couldn't move to it, it was too dangerous for Akuji. They spoke more, and eventually Akuji got enough information to know where to go to get to the forest. Anger fueled through her as she was hidden from so much.
The Forest
Akuji left to live a life in the forest. There's a lot that happened that I'm not sure I wanna disclose yet, since she's in a public roleplay server and I wanna keep some lore hidden incase anybody from here finds her page. (Because I'm so very sneaky MWAHAHAHAHAAAAA!) After some time, she found a lover from Riverclan, and his name was Ebonyleaf. They loved eachother very dearly and even began to set out spots to meet. Eventually, Akuji bared Ebonyleaf's kits. Ebony was overwhelmed with joy, but he simply couldn't abandon his clan, and Akuji didn't want to be assoasiated with the clans, wanting to live outside of it. They seperated, and Akuji was taken aback by Ebony caring more about the clan than her and their future kits. When she had them, she didn't know how to take care of them. Being raised only by her father who had only ever guarded her and kept her from the public, she didn't know how to parent properly. Her kits grew sick, and she went to Thunderclan for help, but they refused to let her borrow some herbs and pushed her away. Her kits died the next day, and ever since then, she only wanted vengance and the justice for her kits. She plotted & plotted until she was ready to strike. Kill atleast one cat on a patrol and let the clan be aware of her existance and fear her.
She arrived to the territory, only to find a dead mother with a kit sobbing at her side. Within an instant, an idea clicked in her mind. She would raise this kit and teach it to hate the clans, take its clan name away and replace it with a new one. Nyx, by her side forever. Nyx, only knowing Akuji as her mother. Nyx, as her little minion.
