Tempest

Full refsheet wip!

Tempest is my fursona. Important details not shown in the refsheet are that he has heterochromia (from his perspective, his right eye is green and his left eye is red). He also has claws that are orange like the detail coloring, but the ones on his hand paws are filed down since cheetah claws are not retractable.
