Timber

Timber was just a normal dog trying to live a normal life, and then he just had to stick his nose in where it didn't belong, didn't he?

Miracle points out every night that she doesn't believe he really regrets it. He grumbles and insists he does, but it's all for show, really.

Timber is a personable, reasonable dog who quietly thinks that common sense is lacking in today's world. He sometimes has to admit, though, that he ignores it himself, sometimes - like that time his buddy dared him to investigate rumors of a lost hideaway of an ancient secret spy ring somewhere in the city, and he agreed. Timer's got a strong, old-fashioned work ethic: he'll use technology, but he much prefers a job that has him working with others and doing physical work.

He kind of (literally) stumbled upon Miracle and the others by accident, but he considers the story embarrassing and doesn't want to talk about it. (So just ask Miracle - she'll gladly tell you)

He originally could barely stand Miracle, and found it annoying that she seems to fly by the seat of her pants, although after getting to know her, he came to respect the way she actually weighs the pros and cons quite seriously and can quickly come up with plans and think them through on the fly. He started working with her originally under the excuse that she needed someone "normal" to balance her out, though that turned into a genuine friendship... and then something a little more than friendship.

Well, one thing led to another, and he and Miracle are happily mates now.
