Francis Blondeau

Francis is a great car salesman who knows next to nothing about car maintenance. He runs his own shop across from his only other competitor, Montgomery Jack, who happens to know everything about cars and has taken over his fathers business. Fran only created a business of his own to get close to Monty, and to bother the shit out of him, of course.
