by owning my design you automatically agree with these terms, so be sure to read this.

DESIGN & ART USAGE POLICY

• DO NOT DELETE / HIDE MY DESIGNS on Toyhouse; or at least authorize me/give me an access key so I can keep track of them! (this applies to my art too),

• DO NOT use my art / designs in any form of NFT or AI,

• When reselling my designs, don't do it for more than they're worth/don't overprice them, unless you add value to them (via personal/commissioned art or physical items).
Art trades, payments and gifts should not be counted to the worth.

• My designs obtained via trade cannot be sold for monetary value (means they worth goes back down to $0).
You can only retrade/regift them, unless you add value to them (via personal/commissioned art or physical items),

• Art/designs from my raffles (or ones that were gifted to you) have no worth, you can only regift them, unless you add value to them (via personal/commisioned art or physical items),

• DO NOT create baby/twin characters to my designs,

• Small edits on my art/designs are okay w credit given (the original unedited copy should always be kept in the gallery though), however DO NOT under any circumstances edit my commissions or art trade pieces!

• Don't ever claim my design/art as your own work.
Please do not reference my character designs.
Copying, stealing or heavily referencing is not allowed in any shape or form! You will be blocked.

• DO NOT turn any of my designs into open/closed species,

• If you post my work/designs off site please credit me as @ / BRAINDAAMAGE or @/ fleshrabies,

COMMERCIAL USE

• DM me to discuss about it.
• Otherwise you're not allowed to use my designs for any profit (besides reselling the design) like: merch, stickers, posters, pins etc.

REFUND AND CANCELING POLICY

• Once I sell you my design I don't do refunds at all.
