This is 03 aka Goops.
He is the result of a failed lab experiment. He was born and raised at the laboratory, and he had little to no freedom as he grew up, and he was put through a lot of experiments during his time at the lab.
His body is basically just made out of this purple goo, no one really knows what it actually is.
He doesn't like to be called "03" since that's his "lab subject" name, and that's why he goes by "Goops" now.
He loves making new friends!
He's honestly just a sweet but traumatized guy.
