Vernon J. Whisker or Dr. Whisker is a spontaneous and generally unhinged scientist who loves experimentations , specifically involving genetics , body modification and prolonging life from death. Through various experiments and accidents he has prolonged his life and made it so that he could not die as easily... Problem he doesn't even know how he did it so he's dead set on finding out how he extended his own ability to live. He often conducts his experiments by himself and usually on himself, however he has no hesitancy to use other people for his experiments. Also i know he doesnt quite look 40, his experiments caused him to look younger than he actually is lol
