Hasna Yaza

The captain of the Snag, Yaza is a person with many responsibilities, something he feels acutely. He often feels like no one understands the work he has to put in - Yaza is bad at asking for help and can become aggressively defensive when he thinks someone has bad intentions or is not on his side, something he has been known to jump to too quickly.

Though he is a natural leader and well-respected, the bureaucratic life Yaza has taken to drains him, and a not insignificant part of Yaza yearns for the younger days with his sister and peers, dreaming and scheming the plans that would set the founding of the Snag in motion. Seeking this, despite his authority on-board, he often tries to socialize with others in the crew as his fellows, which can fall flat when they generally won't totally let loose around him.
