. Terms of service :

- when getting a character from me, you instantly agree to my T.O.S

-you can't hide/delete my desigs. if you hide them you will be warned , if you continue doing it you will get blocked and blacklisted. deleting its an instantly block/blacklist and i'll revoke the character. i will not warn you. (making this literally gigant bc a lot of people still does it) keys and auth are fine

IF YOU ARE LEAVING TOYHOUSE FOR ANY REASON, DO NOT DELETE MY DESIGNS. CREATE A STORAGE ACCOUNT FOR THEM OR YOU CAN TRANSFER THEM TO ME AND I'll KEEP THEM FOR YOU (I Would not have any rights on the character)

- Do not sell my designs if you got them bia trade or gift. you can only sell them if they were originally sold to you, or if you added worth to that design (personal art and commissions.  gifts do not counts) Do not sell them for more than you bought them if there's no more art added.

- co-owning n close trades are allowed but please do not involve me to it if there's any issue. 

- you can't take inspiration of my designs /characters. you will get blacklisted if you do !

- you can change my designs as u want idc

-If you are listed as designer (did a redesign, added edits, helped with the design) your T.O.S doesn't apply to my designs. You must respect that or i will take actions on it

- Do not create twins of my designs

- I do not allow voids on my dainties, there may be exceptions, but most likely will decline if you ask
