Quirk explination

With their quirk they can breath not just red colored crystals, but healing cristals. Like any other Crystal dragon, they can cover their body in Crystal for armor and give themself more spikes on their body. While the usual healing crystal needs to be willed into a dragon/drake' body to be absorbed, Aruguoyi needs to allow for their crystals to be absorbed, so there needs to be consent from both parties for the crystals to work, so any foe Aruguoyi is facing isnt able to use their crystals to heal an injury of theirs

Personality

Aruguoyi is timid around most, mainly towards aduls and those that they dont know/havent met before, however once they have grown familiar with some one their deamenor shifts to be a bit braty, but not to an anoying degree. They seem to get to know anyone that is in the emergancy room the most, since the megority of their time is spent with Recovery Girl, either asisting her or being mentored.
