Ramu is a diplomat under Persa's employment, though not well liked by her.
She's straight to the point and tries hard to avoid conflict where she can, (unless she feels its absolutely needed), trying hard to be polite to everyone and professional in all her encounters. She can be competitive and argumentative, both of these instincts she tries hard to subdue, and she'll usually opt to say nothing at all. She doesn't think highly of herself outside her work environment, and her physical and mental self esteem bruises easily. People tend to not like her when she's first encountered!!

Ramu is from an offshoot of human beings. They were selectively bred by coilers to be bound to their predators, needing to be in close proximity to them at all times to harvest the sap their flowers produce. Ramu lives with Hasira, a coiler hybrid, to fulfill those needs. They ain't friends with each other though, Hasira's a little afraid of her and vice versa.
