♦ Design T.O.S ♦♢All sales are final. ♢You must be over 18 to buy an adopt from me. ♢Once you adopt a character from me, you’re free to do as you wish. You may change the design, gender/sex, add or take away anything from the design. Anything goes, I just ask for credit for the initial design/concept. ♢You may not edit/alter/change my artwork without my permission. If you'd like something changed, please let me know! I'd be more than happy to change it for you. ♢If a chargeback occurs, you will be blacklisted and the design will be revoked and resold. ♢If you are blacklisted, please do not try to block evade or have a friend purchase a design for you. Doing this will result in both parties being blacklisted. ♢Retrades and resales are allowed. ♢You may not sell designs from me that were a trade or gift. (they may only be traded or regifted) ♢You’re allowed to resale the character for a higher value ONLY IF the character has extra art to go with it! If any commissioned artists don't allow this, please respect that. |
