-the character will not be used for primarily nsfw/nsfw branding
-the character will not be traded/sold to for a higher price than they are worth
--this includes selling design trade characters for real money (with no added art), please do not do that, i consider it scalping and you could get on my blacklist
-the character will be sent back/traded back to me if interest is lost in them (or at least try to ping, please!)
