Roscoe T. Rascal

A nifty little robot who's a walking and talking cartoon.

He's technically immortal, because nothing can kill a cartoon character.

Special talents include being able to pull giant comically sized bombs out of nowhere, and extending his limbs to impressive lengths. He has a cabinet on his chest, which he keeps many random items. No one is really sure how big that chest cavity is, where the items even go, or how he can keep such large things in there. 

Popular phrases he likes to say include "Golly gee!" "Aw, shucks!" and "Wowie!"

He breaks the laws of physics and his mechanical parts make no sense. This bothers him a lot because he has no idea how he functions.

He loves to take on random jobs for fun, and his current job is a drug mule for a mafia drug lord. (His official title is "Pizza delivery boy", as per his own request.) He's very good at his job, though he often pisses people off with his antics. He almost always has at least 10 guns on his person, but you're lucky if any of them are a functional, lethal gun. Most are toys or prop guns.

He's a constant joker and may seem like he doesn't take his job seriously at all, but he loves what he does and takes it very seriously. He's a terrifying war machine, but only if he chooses to be. He scares off most contenders with his lack of seriousness.
