About:

A computer virus found by Chelonia Mydas that was found going through her rich quality data that no computer virus could ever resist. Like a fish in a large sea taking the bait, he then was pulled out of the data network and into the material world where it was shown he had his own physical form of a young man with non-human traits that includes small blue wings, a thin blue tail with an arrow tip at the end along with his red eyes having reptilian-like pupils. During his time with Chelonia Mydas  she had done research wondering how a living computer virus ticks. She found out he is able to change his appearance in three different forms. . .

Half-Virus/Half-Human: His default form is largely based on human appearance save for the wings and tail. The focus of mixing both sides limits the potential of either side and yet giving benefits of both sides. Able to still fly even though a bit limited and able to hack into computers through his tail which has not changed to due to its nature. If there was a limit it is the tail itself, not the ability.

Full-virus: His most natural form, in this form he fully benefits from his computer virus traits.  His body is covered in many tiny blue hexagonal scales that are hard to see without a really close look and due to their minuscule size they are quite soft. These scales give absolute protection to cutting, piercing, and slashes as some sort of natural armor. But every strength has a weakness and for this natural armor, the impact of attacks is its key weakness. He grows about four inches taller. His tail and wings are larger and thicker while being protected by these scales, due to his wings' size his ability of flight is the strongest here while his tail can penetrate through stronger materials to break through any electronics and hack into them. His hacking ability has not changed.

Full-Human: This is a rare form he normally doesn't go into. He loses both his wings and tail which are stored inside his body to make sure to allow him to give the most human look. He gains only a couple of inches of height making him seem bigger here and there and. . . That's all. He fully resembles a human losing his ability of flight and hacking due to the lack of his tail that is used to gain access to electronics. This is his weakest form.

Even with all of her research Chelonia Mydas'  kind-hearted nature allow them to be friends allow the computer virus to open up. She didn't just befriend him she helped taught him important concepts of the world they reside in at least based around the world of vermillion. Where she will let him go and he will end up meeting Lily Rosenblade that will lead to their first meetings and later relationship after a few months.

Personality:

Seth's personality is carefree and silly. He loves joking about and his dumb-wittedness can make the atmosphere a little less tense to the point he always trying to make a dark situation a little brighter, like trying to act cool about it.  Course, there's always the common sense of the harsh reality and understand one has to do the worse to make sure no one else has to suffer. He's dumb-witted but not a total idiot. If there's someone out there that needs help he wouldn't hesitate to try to help said person which is one of the reasons he and Lily befriended each other. Being troubled by a group of boys hitting on her he tries to fight them hand-to-hand. Which unfortunately made him be their victim and Lily had to save his virus hide, beating them up and making chasing them away.

He's a good person at heart and loyal to those he befriended and learn to care for. Willing to fight a losing battle for their sake or even try to turn it around no matter what. Outside of battle, that kind of thought process still exists in terms of making them laugh through making jokes, some making fun of themselves, and other current events. Even going so far as making fun of bad guys to using his small allowance of money for their sake. One may compare him to a dog in such acts. . . Even his tail wags when he's happy like a dog's.

As a fighter, he leans more on brutish strikes with his claymore sword. Putting power over speed. He's not as skilled as Lily but he is willing to fight as long as he can and if he's fighting in his full-form one will be dealing with an armored tank that will hit like a truck. Sadly, without skill and speed, he can easily be overwhelmed with a highly skilled foe. One must take note of his virus traits as he can use his wings to take flight and use speed and gravity to place greater power into his sword strikes or going so far as using his tail to strike and stab a foe.

Abilities:

Infecting computers and possessing them:

Due to his nature, Seth is able to fill a computer with his infected data with penetration from his tail. Once he's in he can take control of electronics and go even further by going directly inside of them in some sort of possession. Smaller and weaker machines cannot handle the possession or infection tending to explode before anything of the like can happen. Comedically this tends to get him in trouble with Lily as there have been times he couldn't help himself and cause their electronics to explode, causing them money from her own pockets for a new one.

Hacking:

Passively when using a computer he tends to access restricted websites that others cannot get into due to how a computer virus functions. Everything one may think of how a computer virus works applies to him. Passwords, firewalls, hidden pages and etc are not safe from him. The only way to counter him is by having a VERY STRONG anti-virus program or maybe give him your credit card number and the number on the b-back p-please~

Form changing:

His ability to change his form isn't random. After all, a computer virus is able to disguise itself into a type of software to sneak into someone's computer and gain access to it along with all of its files.

His half-form allows him to integrate with civilizations that are filled with humans with animal traits.

His human form allows him to blend into human society 

His full-form is for those civilizations that have anthropomorphic creatures and as well as his natural being. This also gives him his protective casing and full potential of flight with his wings and penetrating into machines.

Trivia:

He resembles greatly a mettaur3 from the Megaman battle network games and perhaps a humanoid version of them to the point he has a strong helmet that can deflect most projectile attacks. Wearing it allows him to pull out pickaxes that are used as his true source of attacks, DYNAWAVE being his main ability with it. He can also enter the helmet and become a mettaur3

Don't ask how many pickaxes are inside his helmet. Actually, don't ask how much stuff is inside it PERIOD.

Seth's Half-virus/Half-human form is his default state due to the fact that the human form isn't worth as much being while being self-conscience of how others see about his Full-Virus form.

Due to his feminine looks, he is normally teased about it. Some people calling him a girly boy upon first look. This also goes up a notch as Lily seems to enjoy putting him in crossdress like a maid outfit. Thankfully for her, he is willing to do anything for her happiness. This also goes for Raia as well.  

Seth's reason for wanting to persuade using two-handed swords than any other weapon is a silly reason. He's like the style of it and quite the weeb about it. Similar to Lily using a scythe just for the rule of cool. Thankfully the two overcome certain weaknesses with their own abilities. Seth's virus traits and Lily's rose magic.

Speaking of. . . The two really hit off their relationship by the two being total weebs with one and another.

Interestingly enough, Seth's and Lily's color scheme seems to resemble blue oni and red oni.  Funny about it is that Seth is much more relaxed compared to Lily who tends to be more aggressive. Even their fighting styles seem to be opposites from each other.

Yes, he does indeed fights for his friends.
