While Exo is not the strongest or heartiest, he makes up for it in speed, agility, and prescision. His fighting style is akin to kickboxing / muay thai (striking methods) and jujitsu (grappling and subduing methods).

Exo isn't known as the talkative type, coming off as rude or off-putting upon making acquaintances. He doesn't usually intend this as he's just reserved and reluctant to go into social settings due a lack of having something he's interested in talking about. Either that or people are just genuinely intimidated to talk to him because of his reputation within Parallax. And this reputation both builds and breaks Exo. Sometimes it's a confidence booster, allowing him to climb the arena charts. Other times, out of the limelight, it makes it difficult for him to guauge who he truely is. Is he a voracious monster or just some guy that wants to be seen?

When warming up to others, Exo can reveal his thoughtful side; He may rant about the most recent match he fought in or movie he's watched [and abundantly overanalyzed]. Hell, maybe he'll talk about his new training routine or show you his favorite people-watching/meditation/chill spot. Under that darkened facade seems to be a reflective, thoughtful guy who just wants to make connections with both himself and those who are willing to see past the face-value of others. This is most likely the most you'll get out of him though. When it comes to letting others know his own emotions and the ever-blazing thoughts behind those dim eyes, that's a whole other beast. It's clear he struggles in silence and doesn't make a point in hiding it. Most know that asking about it will get them a silent stare.

He's not known to be very good at jokes, being very sarcastic or monotone in his delivery. Some find that funny or charming, I suppose. That's why he usually lets other do the talking and just watches from the conversational cracks.

He knows he's good at what he does but tries to not let that affect his ego. Not much of an issue anyways since he's healthily confident in himself. Though it doesn't hurt to inflate his ego once in a while. Do this and you'll probably earn a night with him lol.

Forms & Extras

• Exo's horns and mask can shape-change or disappear to allow him to wear hats and hoodies. Allows him to have funny alternative designs, too.
• While not having any strictly offensive or defensive magic abilities, he's able to shape-change the abyss that's fused to his form. This means he can transmute objects from within himself [ex. his staff, mask, and mist wires] and even slightly shift forms depending on how much energy he has.
• Usually wears cargo pants, boots, and tight-fitting long sleeves with a military rappel harness.
• Lounge wear typically consists of plain tees, sweatshirts, and sweatpants. Outerwear ranges from techwear to alt streetwear to semi-formal victorian goth.
• Exo's demi-human form is only used on rare occassions or when at home. In this form, he can be drawn with or without tattoos. The reason why he got the tattoos is because he's self-concious about his splotches.
• Spends his free time at the gym, reading, scrawling in his journal, people-watching, talking with Risk or generally hanging out on an obscure rooftop with his own thoughts.
• His best friend is Risk, the first creature he met after being afflicted with his abyssal misfortune. They seem almost inseperable.
• Sometimes his form crosses over into the uncanny valley as the abyss begins to take over.
• Exo's blood is indigo / dark purple. His organs are a matching color with an iridescent sheen.
