Abnus Grimshaw

"You killed my mother. I will be the one to drag you to your grave."

Abnus Grimshaw is the Keeper of the Abyss after his mother Persephone, the previous Keeper, forced Abnus to kill her due to the corruption taking over her body. The Abyss is an afterlife in the Astral Plane by the God of Chaos to punish those who were the evilest of evils, but instead he used it to created his own army of undead to start a rebellion against the other immortals.

Abnus was created by his mother simply because she wanted a child to care for, despite knowing her job was dangerous and if she were to die, it would be passed onto him. When Abnus was younger, his mother gave him a mask to wear so that the losts would think that he was one of them and wouldn't hurt him if any of them were to breach. As his mother was in the abyss, the corruption and chaotic energy would slowly consume and corrupt her. In order for her to prevent herself from doing things that would not be normal of her due to the corruption, she forced Abnus to kill her. Unfortunately, that now made Abnus the new keeper of the Abyss. She touched his face before she died which caused one eye to discolor and cracks to from along both sides of his mouth.

As the keeper of the Abyss, he unfortunately serves alongside the God of Chaos, though he hates the God of Chaos and often blames him for his mother's death. He has gone behind the God's back several times to warn the Goddess about many things that he has planned, only for it to work for the God instead. Zenevieva is like a mother to Abnus, as the God of Chaos does not treat him much better than his own sons. 

Abnus' favorite food is dark chocolate. His favorite animals are insects as he often keeps bugs as his pets. His favorite flower are White Azaleas, mainly because that is his mother's favorite flower. He does not like lightning, though he likes rain, so he is often wary of watching rain if it is raining heavy due to the lightning and thunder.

 -  Enjoys looking around for bugs out in the wilderness just for fun. Can probably also identify different ones with ease

- Gets lonely somewhat easily sometimes, after his mother's death and being the keeper of the Abyss now.

Relationships

Abnus and Shiva are close friends. 

Cytheria feels bad for Abnus, but is curious about him. He tries not to have her get too close, afraid he might corrupt her with the exposure from the abyss.
