Profile

Between universes, between time and spaces there exists a place for all lost things; a space between spaces. Random things end up in this place, never returning. Living things may end up there too, often with fatal end results. And as this space does not obey the laws of any other place, sometimes these dead pieces of once living may collide and form something new. Gladiaelus is one such creature: A creature with no parents, no history, no beginning and no end. He lives in his floating cage alone forever.
Gladiaelus's biggest wish would be to be able to see a place different than his lost world, yet at the same time he fears such place doesn't exist.

Appearance-wise his body is large and posture terribly bad. He has big reptile-like tail, and ceratinous spikes in his back. His hand and feet are covered in chitin-like material, and as he walks and moves around this material creates rasping and clicking sounds, like big crabs walking around. He has sort of horns or spikes in his head, among which runs a long mane of hair. Finally, his long muzzle end in an bony tip with exposed skull. Gladiaelus can move his jaws and even has a tongue, but can very well speak telepathically without opening his mouth. His overall coloration is dark, and in a shady environment his most striking features are his light bony muzzle and glowing light blue eyes.
Gladiaelus does not wear clothing as we know it: garments sewn from pieces to fit a body. Things like trousers or shirts simply don't exist in his world. However he does wear loose pieces of fabric around himself from time to time, mostly to comfort himself in his loneliness.

The space between spaces is place with seems to be almost black and white, yet slightly glows in color. Fog is everywhere and there is no up and down, pieces of other places float in the emptiness. If you stand there staring, you often can feel like you're about to see or hear something, but it never quite happens. Everything is hazy, unreal and probably suffocating.
