GENDER: Female

PROFILE

In her prime, Lillian was a diva at the Dominion Theater opera company. Known for her honeyed, hypnotic voice, Lillian was predestined to become the opera's crown jewel. Over time, she had many lead roles, and was adored by fans and critics alike. She grew closely acquainted with one of the divos, a new arrival named Dimitri, and found herself head over heels for him. The two were co-leads in numerous productions, and were said to be two halves of a greater whole.

In order to capitalize on both of their popularity and make use of their obvious romantic tension, the opera's composer decided to write a special performance just for them: La Sposa dei Dannati. Lillian would star as the titular bride, and she was thrilled to be seen as Dimitri's bride, even if it was merely fiction.

On opening night, unbeknownst to Lillian, Dimitri immeadiately left the theater due to a family emergency. The role was given to his understudy, and the show was to go on as continued. But before Lillian's grand debut even began, it ended in tragedy. A fire broke out in the theater, burning everything to the ground and killing nearly everyone inside. Upon those who died were Lillian herself, who called for Dimitri during her last moments before perishing in the flames. The grand theater was never to be opened again, and those who managed to escape still live with the scars and the memories of this event.

Lillian continues to wander the remains of the theater, practicing her lines and singing as she searches for Dimitri so that they may begin the show. The belief that he will return to her is the only thing keeping her spirit attached to the theater. She refuses to move on unless the show continues and her wedding scene concludes. At times, she'll break down into tears, as if she's aware of what's happened to her, but she'll quickly dry her tears, fix her makeup, and continue to rehearse.

PERSONALITY

Lillian is a hopeless romantic. She's quick to mix her fantasies into reality, and has difficulty differentiating between the two. She never quite got used to fame, so she's a bit shy when people compliment her singing. Nonetheless, she's an entertainer at heart. When the rare guest comes to the theater's ruins, she becomes excited and treats them as her audience.
