Buzz is a hairless rat.
Like all other Lava Lamp Dogs Buzz's lava is able to glow. Along with that he has a voice box on his Lava Lamp Collar that translates Rat into other languages.
Buzz is a calm, fairly shy little rat. He does his best to stay out of trouble.
