Shade

Shade is a Pokémon Trainer, a special class brought about by Exsanguine experimentation with portals. After losing his girlfriend, River, he defected from the army. Deep in mourning, he took his creatures and fled into the woods of Kiadol. One cold winter day, the drow became very sick. He sent Topaz, his faithful Zoroark, for help. She encountered Gloom and his party, bringing them back to her ill master. They nursed him back to health, but the illness had taken its toll on his elven body, slowing his recovery times from injuries or other illnesses. But he's more than shown his worth for the party, being nimble and perceptive.
