As a result of scientific testing, Adams can recall little about past events. About the only thing he is able to remember are the names of himself and Brielle. He hopes that, in escaping, the memories of his past will return to him. If not, he hopes to be able to at least have a happy ending. He hasn't the faintest idea of what lies in store ahead of him, nor is he ready for these trials, but he feels that he can accomplish anything with Brielle at his side. He might not be the most honorable, as everything he does will benefit him or Brielle in some way, but he does want to put the horrors of the laboratory behind him. The lab is certainly the one thing in his life he wishes he could forget...

Brielle: Not much is known about their relationship together prior to living in the laboratory. However, they seem to get along well enough, despite Brielle's tendencies to act sarcastic and cold in response to Adams' comments or suggestions. He views her as his sister, even if he is uncertain whether that is the case. She is a dedicated individual and he is certain she will stick by his side until the end.
