Based on a mix between golden-mantled tamarins and golden lion tamarins, Mitóco is a unique primate who resides in parts of the Amazon Rainforest, but will often travel between Brazil, Paraguay, Bolivia and Peru by catching rides in trucks transporting fruit across borders.
He loves to eat fruits and bugs and likes playing around with humans if he feels they can take a joke. Mitóco enjoys pulling pranks on people and... might steal food from them every so often.
Mitóco is a very smart tamarin- they could figure out a smartphone if given some time. But with their life being mostly spent in rainforests, they obviously don't stay up-to-date on all modern technology. They can, however, speak human languages- primarily Spanish, Portuguese, and a few indigenous Amazonia languages.
How old is he? Good question.
