Personality: they are a very secretive person, and doesn't usually interfere with anything
However, he is fascinated by and with mortals. Despite his secretive nature, he likes to be around mortals, and use his abilities to hide and just watch them.
In the animated series he is in, he sometimes acts as the narrator.
Also, due to scientific background, he uses a lot of science jargon (mainly physics and space ones)
(Not like he can. (Because he is being affected by a phenomena that happens to me that have been forgotten that they start to loose the ways they can interact with the world. For him, this means he can only affects things using his voice, and only his eyes are visible. It wasn't always this way

He used to be a astro physicist. That was until something started to affect the universe. It turns out another universe was no-cliping into his universe, causing what is normally called dark matter
He tried to get people to listen to him, but they never did. So he quit.
He had to witness everything being swallowed up by the dark matter and falling into the Backrooms
Till, the earth was swallowed as well
He tried to find other people from his universe, but due to experience, he quickly became a loner
