TERMS OF SERVICE

DISCLAIMER

• By commissioning a piece from me, RANZOMEGA, you are understanding the terms listed below. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to message me here, through my email, Twitter, etc.
• I am not responsible for anyone lying about their age when commissioning a piece that may only be suitable for adults (18 or older). Proof may or may not be requested upon these particular orders.

GENERAL

• I hold the right to decline any commission that I do not feel comfortable drawing.
• I claim no rights to any of your characters/designs in a commissioned piece.
• Finished commissions may be reposted by the commissioner as long as proper credit is given to RANZOMEGA.
• Commissioner-made edits/modifications are allowed but the artwork may not be claimed as the commissioner's artwork.
• You hold the right to ask that I do not post your finished commission. I will honor your request.
• A signature and/or watermark will be placed on finished artworks. Please do not remove them.

PAYMENTS

• Real-life currency payments are only accepted through PayPal, Kofi, or Cashapp. All payments are taken in the equivalent of USD (US Dollars.)
• If unable to pay at the time of contact, commission ideas from the client will be held on to until payment is received.
• Commissions of any type will not be started until full or fifty percent of payment is paid.
• Payments will not be refunded if a commission has already been started.
• If payments that I receive go to my pending balance, I will ask you to confirm your receipt. (This is most likely due to enabling a shipping option.) You can do this by logging into the PayPal website. If you don't, the money will be taken out of your account, but I will not be able to receive it!
