The "leader" of the three shapeshifters that plan on integrating into Riverhollow. 01 specifically plans on replacing the Deputy, Chuck Westerfield, in order to keep the law off of their backs should anything go wrong. He's fine with 03, but is completely at his wits end when it comes to "Jamie".
