Fox Sterling [NPC]

Fox Sterling is an infamous resident of Riverhollow for all the wrong reasons- the former Riverhollow radio operator holed himself up in an abandoned training bunker for a generally unagreed upon amount of time. He's still alive last anyone checked, and most are content to just let him do his thing in there. Whatever that might be. He's been getting out and about more as of late, toting strange gear with him- most looking adjacent to sonar and portable radios.
