Dr Franz Francis

An EPF scientist originally on the biology/genetics team. During her time in that department she headed a project that attempted to use the outbreak mutagen to revive extinct species. Two of the three initial subjects escaped, putting a halt on the project. After the events of Turtles Forever, she was promoted to the head scientist of EPF's new interdimensional studies division. She works closely with the head commander of the division, Operative Castle.
