The third shapeshifter takes the face of a relatively average-looking man from out of town. Since the original doesn't live in Riverhollow, 03 has a bit more leeway with how long it can masquerade as him- especially since it apparently stole his wallet. It is far more learned than Jamie, and thus a bit more intelligent when it comes to planning ahead. He specifically plans on replacing Ms. Jennifer Redmont to see if he can garner the favor of the mayor.
