A Cramorant who's lived in a deep watery cave for many centuries. He collects just about anything he can get his mitts on and his cave contains huge swaths of mortal technology that he likes to tinker around with regularly.
Qianfan is an easygoing person, and enjoys mingling with the mortals. If someone asks for something in his cave, he'll more than likely say that it's okay. His years of tinkering with these objects and collecting various things makes him very knowledgeable in current technology. Probably the only nature spirit that is. Definitely more than Noemer, which isn't that impressive.
